Design studio at NIFT Gandhinagar is the focal point of all activities being done under the project. It provides services and support for Business Development needs including Trends, Forecast, Market Intelligence, innovation & Product Development as well as Training & Knowledge dissemination for the cluster. It also facilitates identifying trade partners and establishing market linkages for the cluster.

Rural Enterprise Development Centers: RDEC– Surendranagar |

Operational at DRDA compound, Surendranagar, the Rural Development Enterprise centre is the nodal point for all activities at the cluster. It has been established to perform the following functions.
- Liaison with project monitoring cell, DRDA, Surendranagar
- Interaction with Artisans, SHG’s, federation members and financial Institutions
- Establish partnership with trade partners
- Infrastructure support
- Dissemination of design & technology innovation
- Distribution of orders to the right production channels
- Monitoring Supply of the SRTSC

Shared Resource Technology Centers (SRTSC): |
| To implement the project at the grass root level, three Sub-Cluster level centers called Shared Resources & Technology Support Center(SRTSC) have been established. Located at Limdi, Somasar & Jorvarnagar, various activities, including skill training, design dissemination & Product development workshops etc are conducted at these centers. |
