National Institute of Fashion Technology has set up Research, Development and Training Centre (RDTC) in 2002, with state of the art technology and equipment to carry out the research based activity in the area of Readymade Garment Industry (RMG), with the financial assistance from the Government of Gujarat.
The Industries Commissionerate, Government of Gujarat has sanctioned and disbursed grant for setting up an Industrial Jewellery Design & Training Center. The objective of this project is to give Jewellery manufactures, entrepreneurs, and skilled workers training on state–of–the–art machineries & tools, design inputs, product development process etc. for the technological and design up–gradation of the Jewellery Industries.
