::NOTICE INVITING TENDER::

No. NIFT/HYD/Book Racks/PUR/Non-IT/Cap.Bud/6069(13)/2011-12                               Dated: 25.01.2012

Sealed Tenders are invited by the undersigned for the supply of Book Racks at NIFT center, Hyderabad from the original equipment manufacturers or their Dealers/suppliers. The Tender Applications are on sale from: 25.01.2012  to 16.02.2012 .  The last date for submission of tenders is 16.02.2012  before 2.00 P.M. and shall be opened at 3.30 P.M. on the same day. The tender will be available for sale against Rs.500/- (Non Refundable) Demand Draft or Axis Bank Challan payable to NIFT, HYDERABAD from 25.01.2012 on wards. The Tender document can also be downloaded and tender document fee may be submitted by way of Demand Draft.

The specifications of Book Racks are attached. For further clarification if any on specifications please visit purchase department at NIFT campus, Hyderabad on any working days from 10.00 A.M to 4.00 P.M.

Terms and conditions:
1.  EMD of Rs.4,000/-  (Rupees Four Thousand Only)  for the above said Book Racks.
2.  Cost of Tender Document (Non-Refundable): Rs. 500/- (Rupees: Five Hundred  0nly) by way of Demand Draft (or) Axis Bank Challan in favour of NIFT, Hyderabad.
