::NOTICE INVITING TENDER::

No. NIFT/HYD/ADMN/CANTEEN & SECURITY/2012                                                               Dated: 27.01.2012

Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned from Experienced & Professionally competent Contractors / Firms having valid licenses for providing canteen services and also having a minimum experience of 3 years in running the canteen services in Government Organisations / Academic Institutions / MNC’s in sealed covers. The Tender Applications are on sale from: 28.01.2012 to 17.02.2012.  The last date for submission of tenders 17.02.2012 before 2.00 P.M. and opened at 3.00 P.M. on the same day. The tenders will be available for sale against Demand Draft or Axis Bank Challan payable to NIFT., HYDERABAD from 28.01.2012 onwards.

Description of work:  To provide quality Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks including fast food items to Students, Faculty, Staff & Visitors at NIFT Centre, Hyderabad of North Indian & South Indian Menu in addition to provision of Tea, Coffee, Soft Drinks, Butter Milk, Fruit Juices, Fruit Salads and Bakery Items.

Charges payable by Contractor: Maintenance charges @ `. 5,000/- per month + Service Tax at applicable rates.  Electricity & Water on actual basis.

Terms and conditions:

1.  EMD of `.50,000/-  (Rupees: Fifty Thousand Only) for the above said Canteen Services and the same will be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderers on or before March,2012 at 2.00P.M.

2.  Cost of Tender Document (Non-Refundable): `.1,000/- (Rupees: One Thousand Only) by way of Demand Draft or Axis Bank Challan in favour of NIFT, Hyderabad.

3.  Period of Contract for One year from the date of Agreement. .
