1. "TENDER NOTICE FOR PROVIDING ROUND THE CLOCK SECURITY SERVICES"
   National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Kannur invites sealed tenders for providing round the clock security services for a period up to 30th June 2012 for its campus & girls/boys hostels situated in the campus in Kannur.
   
   The Tender Document shall be available from the date of advertisement during 10.00 am. to 5.00 pm. on working days up to 27.09.2011 on payment of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) by Cash / Demand Draft in favour of "National Institute of Fashion Technology" payable at Kannur from the Administration Department at the above address. In this case, the interested party shall have to submit the DD of Rs.500/- at the time of submission of tender along with the EMD. The bid shall have to be submitted duly filled, sealed and signed at the above mentioned address. All the bidders should submit a demand draft of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Only) in favour of “National Institute of Fashion Technology" payable at Kannur, as the Earnest Money Deposit in the separate sealed cover. The EMD of unsuccessful tenderers shall be refunded within 90 days after finalization of the contract.
   
   The tenderer should submit “EMD cover, Technical bid cover and Price bid cover in three separate sealed cover in a big sealed envelope mentioned “Tender for Providing Round the Clock Security Services” addressed to the Registrar, National Institute of Fashion Technology, NIFT Campus, Dharmasala, Mangattuparamba, Kannur - 670562 shall be dropped in Tender Box in the Administration Department in the Institute before 2.00 PM till 27.09.2011. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 04.00 PM in the presence of such of the tenderers who may wish to be present, either by themselves or through their authorized representatives.
