The existing campus of NIFT- Kolkata which was inaugurated in 1999 is designed to meet the demands of imparting creative education. The building houses separate theory studios and workshops for each faculty.

Students have an access to IT Labs and a very rich Resource Center, which has a rare and a huge collection of books, magazines and samples related to fashion industry.
