Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed organizations/agencies to provide the following essential services at NIFT Patna Centre:

1.     Mess/Canteen Services

2.     Housekeeping Services

3.     Hiring of Bus

4.     Courier Service

The last date for submission of  all tenders is 31.05.2011 and details for opening of tenders is as under:

Expression of Interest

1.     Rental Premises: Proposal may be sent latest by 31.05.2011 at 5:00 p.m. as per the format. 

Tenders should be submitted separately for Technical Bid and Financial Bid.  Any tender containing both the bids combined will be rejected.  Financial/Price bid will be opened if the tenderer qualifies in the technical bid.  The tenders should be submitted in sealed envelopes superscribed with “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” separately for each of the above.

The tenders should be addressed to the Consultant, National Institute of Fashion Technology, 2^nd Floor, Udyog Bhawan, East Gandhi Maidan, 800 004 and  is to be submitted  in the  Tender Box  placed  in the   NIFT Campus  on or before the stipulated date and time for each of the above services.
