Sub.: Inviting the quotations for supply of Furniture items at NIFT Rae Bareli Centre.

Since sufficient bids are not received within the specified date in response to our earlier enquiry letter no. 9379(01)/Pur./NIFT-RB/AD Deptt./2010(Part file) dated 13.04.2010 and the same is treated as cancelled. ‘Sealed Bids’ are again invited on behalf of NIFT, Rae Bareli Centre for supply of furniture items. The specifications are mentioned in Annexure – I (Sketch of the concerned items are also attached) for above items. The quotation in the enclosed Annexure – I is to be submitted to “The Director, NIFT Campus, Doorbhash Nagar, Rae Bareli – 229 010 (U.P.)” and to ensure to reach on or before 28.07.2010. The envelope of the quotation shall be superscripted with “Quotes for Furniture Item at NIFT Rae Bareli Centre”. The bids shall be opened on the next day on 29.07.2010 at 3.30 PM

Terms & Conditions

1. The rates may be quoted FOR NIFT, Rae Bareli Centre.
2. The rates shall be inclusive all taxes & duties including VAT, packing, loading, unloading material, labor, transportation etc. completed for the supply/work. The rates quoted should be on the basis of free delivery to the NIFT Rae Bareli.
3. The items should be supplied at NIFT Campus, Doorbhash Nagar, Rae Bareli – 229 010 (U.P.) free of cost within the stipulated time period (i.e. 30 days from the receipt of Purchase Order).
4. A prototype of each furniture is to be fabricated by the agency to whom work order is awarded, for approval, prior to replication in bulk/required quantities for supply in stipulated time frame.
5. The prototype/photograph of the items if required may be seen at NIFT Rae Bareli centre.
