CIRCULAR

In accordance to the Circular bearing No. 1400(47)/Head-AA/Fee Structure/2010 dated 13.06.2011 issued by Head - AA, NIFT Head Office, all the students of NIFT, B. Des. (Fashion Design & Accessory Design) are hereby informed that the fee structure for Semester III, V & VII (July- December, 2011) will be as under:

Fee for Non-NRI Students

Tuition fee                                                         : Rs. 40,000/- (Non Refundable)
Library fee                                                         : Rs. 3,000/- (Per year, Non Refundable)
Student development & Mediclaim               : Rs. 1,250/- (Per year, Non Refundable)
              TOTAL                                                     : Rs. 44,250/-

Fee for NRI/ NRI sponsored category students

Tuition fee (Per year)                                         : Rs. 3, 30,000/- (Non Refundable)
Library fee                                                          : Rs.     20,000/- (Non Refundable)
Student development & Mediclaim                 : Rs.     10,000/- (Non Refundable)
                                                TOTAL                   : Rs. 3, 60,000/-

The last date of depositing the fee is 16th August, 2011. Fee with late fine of Rs. 100/- per day can be deposited till 30th August, 2011. Due to Non payment of semester fee by 30th August, 2011, the name of the student will be struck off from the rolls of the institute without any further notice.
The repeat semester students are required to pay the re-registration fee of Rs. 5000/- for each absenting semester over and above the semester fee as well as non refundable annual charges towards Library and Student Development and Mediclaim.
Hostel Fee will be applicable to all hostellers of NIFT Rae Bareli Centre for the academic year 2011-2012.Hostel Fee break-up is as under:

Hostel fee should be deposited by the students within two weeks of occupying the Hostel. Non-payment after two weeks (from the date of occupying the hostel) without prior official permission would be debarred from the hostel without any further communication.
Please note:

1. Fee should be paid directly in person or by Regd./Speed Post/Courier through Challan system to NIFT Rae Bareli Centre.
   
   
2. Students should collect the blank fee deposit challan from Academic Affairs Department and fill up all the details and write name, dept. Name, Semester, challan No. on back side of Demand Draft and deposit it to Ms. Geeta Negi, Accounts Asstt., Accounts Deptt.
   
   
3. It may be noted that full fee need to be deposited by all the students before the last date of fee depositing. The reimbursement of fee equal to the amount of subsidy will be made after the submission of the subsidy form to deserving students as per NIFT rules.

4. Hostel Warden (Boys & Girls): Maintain a register entering the details of Hostel fee deposited by the students.
5. All CCs and all notice boards.
6. Residential addresses of students by post.
