Ms. Ishita and Ms. Nitika Yadav, BFT-VIII has developed an on-machine prototype for collection of broken needle.

Darshita Agarwal & Vivek Vaishnavi, BFT V participated in Starthelon – IIM Ahmedabad – 2016 from 9th November to 22nd November 2016 held at IIM Ahmedabad and secured the 1st & 2nd Prize respectively.

Six students of BFT VI attended a seminar by Shopclues founders Radhika Agarwal and Sanjay Sethi on the topic: How to Start a Startup conducted by IIM Ahmedabad.

Six students of BFT VI attended BRAVADO 2017, 2^nd Entrepreneurship Conclave on 8^th April 2017 with the topic: Fueling Entrepreneurial Culture in Academic Institutions, held at Oakbrook Campus Ahmedabad. Shatakshi Varshney and Vishal Singh won the runners up position competition held on Business Plan.

DFT students actively participated in several events like street plays, essay writing, debates, vigilance week, street plays, marathons and also played a pivotal role in organizing National Fashion Olympiad and Student Orientation activities.
