Kavita Pathare is an Associate Professor with the Department of Fashion Technology and the CI&DL for NIFT Mumbai campus & was a Nodal Officer for EnaMoma Institute Paris. Ms. Kavita is pursuing her PhD in sustainability. Ms Kavita is an alumnus of NIFT and has been professionally associated with NIFT Mumbai since the year 2003. She has worked in the garment manufacturing industry and has been an academician now for nearly 20 years. She specializes in Pattern Making, Garment Construction, Garment Machinery Spreading & Cutting of Apparel Products and Product Development. She pursues her interest in sustainability, reuse and recycling of garments and product development
