Bhawana Dubey is an Associate Professor in the Department of Knitwear Design Department. She holds an MSc in Clothing and Textiles and is currently pursuing her PhD at Banasthali Vidhyapith, Rajasthan. She is currently a campus coordinator of the Knitwear Design department. She joined NIFT in 2008 and has over 18 years of experience in academics. Her areas of expertise include textiles, Surface embellishment, draping, traditional textiles, natural dyes, and material understanding. Her research papers on crafts and designs have been published in National and International journals.
