Orientation Programme 2026 for Freshers
- Orientation Programme 2026 will be held from 29 July 2026 to 31 July 2026
- The academic session will commence on 03.08.2026
- All students are required to bring their Provisional Admission Letter and report to the campus on 29 July at 8:30 AM for registration and document verification.
Please ensure that all the students carry the following documents:
- All CERTIFTCATES lN ORIGINAL to support Educational Qualifications and Category Certificates for verification (The Original Certificates will be returned after verification on the same day)
- Sets of self-attested copy of Certificates 2 nos
- Passport size Photographs 4 nos
- All Annexures as applicable in Original to be Submitted

c) Undertaking for Social Media Policy
Procedure for Hostel Accomodation (only for Girls)
Note: As it is the rainy season in Kannur, please carry the necessary items, such as an umbrella/ raincoat…etc.
Softcopy of all the following Documents needed for CMS registration:
Part 1:
1. Student recently taken passport size photo (dimensions 1:1, jpg only, max file size 50mb)
2. Student email ID (active - CMS credentials will be mailed to it)
Part 2:
1. Parents (both, if applicable) ITR of last 3 years (if ITR not available, bring last 3yrs income certificate)
2. Completely filled and signed Anti ragging form
• All docs should be in pdf only.
• Max file size of each doc is 5mb.
• Total doc size should be under 20mb.
• Remove special characters & space in the doc file name
• In case of docs having more than 1 page, scan and upload all pages together as single pdf doc.
Other details required to fill the forms:
1. Aadhar card no. of father, mother, guardian
2. Pan no. of father, mother, guardian
3. Mobile no. of father, mother, guardian
4. Student's Aadhar card & PAN no.
5. Family annual income
6. 10th & 12th details - school name, marks, grade, etc
7. Details of siblings - name, age, city, school name, school fee, salary (whatever applicable)
8. Father and mother occupation details (service/business, designation/post, organization name, ofc address, ofc contact number)
If in case of single parent situation, custodian parent's details to be furnished.
