Dr. Lal Singh is an Assistant Professor of Leather Design Department and specializes in Design Process, Surface Technique, Leather Products Design & Construction, and Rhino3D Software. He teaches undergraduate courses. He received his PhD from Maharishi Arvind University - Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Mr. Shivendra Prakash Kuldeep is Assistant Professor in Department of Fashion Technology at National Institute of Fashion Technology, Raebareli. He specialises in domain area of Apparel Flat Pattern Drafting/Making, Apparel Construction Techniques, Grading, Spreading and Cutting Technology, Apparel Quality, Apparel Manufacturing Management, Apparel Production Planning and control, Lean Management, Sustainable Production, Apparel Sourcing and Costing, Merchandising, 2D & 3D Apparel CAD, Product Analysis and Development.

Ms Saurabhi Gaurav is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Leather Design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Raebareli, where she also serves as the Student Development Activity Coordinator (SDAC). She has over ten years of professional experience across the design industry and academia. She specializes in leather design, pattern making, product development, and design education. 

Mr. Akhilendra Pratap Sonkar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Communication and currently serves as the Link-Campus Academic Coordinator (Link-CAC). He is pursuing his Ph.D., exploring the strategic role of visual merchandising in fashion trend communication and brand image.

Mr. Sachin Verma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Communication and currently serves as the Coordinator of the Corporate Communication Cell (CCC). He teaches photography, visual communication, design thinking, and fashion image-making. With over a decade of professional and academic experience, he has expertise in fashion photography, visual storytelling, image construction, branding, and creative communication. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D.

Dr. Vivek Jangra is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Design with over 15 years of combined experience in the apparel industry and academia. He holds a B.Tech. in Textile Technology and a Master’s degree in Fashion Technology from NIFT, New Delhi, and has completed his Ph.D. in Technical Textiles.

Dr. Ajay Kumar is an Assistant Professor in department of Fashion & Lifestyle Accessories and specializes in Applied Arts at NIFT Raebareli. He teaches in undergraduate and postgraduate courses the subjects of Applied Arts (Visual Arts). He joined NIFT in 2019 at NIFT, Raebareli. He previously served as Center Coordinator of F&LA from 2021 to 2023 and has been holding the charge of CIC since July 2026.

Priyanshu Srivastava is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Communication at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Raebareli. He joined the institute in 2021 and has over 15 years of academic experience in design and technology education. He holds a B.Tech from Uttar Pradesh Technical University (2009) and an M.Tech from SHIATS (2012). His teaching expertise includes UI/UX Design, Web Design, and Design Research. 

Dr. Ashish Chandra is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Leather Design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Raebareli, where he also serves as the Regional Industry Coordinator (RIC). In this capacity, he actively fosters industry–academia collaboration, facilitates consultancy and sponsored projects, and strengthens partnerships with leading organizations to enhance experiential learning and student employability. He holds a Ph.D.
