Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Abstract: 300–350 words
  • Abstract Deadline: 20 June 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance: 31 July 2025
  • Full Paper Deadline: 10 September 2025
  • Review Notification: 30 October 2025

Please ensure your abstract adheres to the following formatting and content requirements:

  • Track: Please mention the conference track that your submission follows.
  • Title: Begin with the full title of the proposed paper.
  • Subtheme(s) and Keywords: Directly beneath the title, list the relevant subtheme(s) followed by 5-7 keywords that best represent your paper.
  • Author Information: Include full names of all authors, along with their institutional affiliations and email addresses. One author must be clearly designated as the corresponding author.
  • Word Limit: The abstract should be between 300 and 350 words, written in English. This word count excludes the track, title, subtheme(s), and keywords.
  • Anonymity in Text: Do not include any author names or affiliations within the body of the abstract itself to maintain anonymity during the review process.
  • Formatting Requirements:
    • Font: Times New Roman, size: 12 pt
    • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
    • File Format: Submit your abstract as a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file only

Submissions exceeding the specified word count will not be considered. Ensure your abstract remains within the limit. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in non-selection of the submission. For any clarifications, please contact the conference organizing team.
