Dr. K Ram Mohan is a Professor with the with the department of Fashion Technology at NIFT Hyderabad, and currently holding the additional responsibility as Campus Academic coordinator at Hyderabad Campus. He has completed his Ph. D in Production Management area. He has worked in the industry for 8.5 years before joining NIFT in 2003, and as about 25 years of experience as academician. He specializes in Industrial Engineering, Production management, Production planning and control. He served as Center Cordinator for the Department of Fashion Technology, NIFT Hyderabad earler to which he serveed as Examinations and Admissions Coordinator (EAC) at NIFT Chennai, for 4 years since 2004, until he joined NIFT, Hyderabad.  Held the additional responsibilites as Reginal Industry Coordinator (RIC), Project Cell incharge, Center Coordinator of DFT during the years 2010 to 2017. He received Ph.D from Osmania Iniversity. He also held the additional responsibility of Director, NIFT Hyderabad for a short tenure (21 days) during 26' June' 2026 to 19 July' 2026
