Dr. Sakshi is an Assistant Professor and Campus Coordinator for the Department of Fashion Management Studies at NIFT Bhopal. Her areas of expertise include brand management, visual merchandising, fashion retail, category management, craft documentation, export merchandising, and retail merchandising.

She teaches and mentors students across these domains, drawing on her professional background in Export, Retail, and Visual merchandising, and skill development. She has been working in the field since 2012.

Dr. Sakshi's research interests include branding, brand communication, consumer behaviour, merchandising, fashion retail and craft documentation. She actively engages in networking and regularly participates in workshops, trade expos, and exhibitions. She has mentored several students on various academic and industry-oriented projects.

She completed her Bachelor of Design (B. Des; 2010), Master of Fashion Management (MFM; 2012), and Ph.D (2025)., all from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).
