Her research interests focus on Research methodology and behavioural science. She teaches quantitative subjects, including Statistics, Operations Research, Accounting and Costing. She has presented research at national conferences and has published articles in both national and international journals on various subjects. Two of her research papers received the award for Best Paper at national conferences. She has also reviewed research papers for a national and international conferences. Additionally, she has supervised numerous live projects for management students. She has mentored a PhD student, who has successfully finished his doctoral studies.She has also served as a co-guide, and the candidate has completed successfully.At present,she is supervising a PhD scholar at NIFT. Besides, she is a member of two doctoral committees. She has also coordinated a few Government-sponsored projects. She has mentored many students for their paper publications and presentations.
