Febby Dickenson Shanpru is an Associate Professor in the Department of Fashion Design and specializes in Bespoke Men, Heritage Couture women, Garment construction, Manufacturing processes and Technology. He teaches undergraduate courses and is also the Head Resource Center I/c at NIFT Shillong centre. He completed his B Com from St Anthony’s college, Shillong and his Post Graduate diploma in Garment Manufacturing Technology from NIFT New Delhi in the year 2000. He had worked as a Cutting section Manager in L T Karle, Bangalore and as a Merchandiser in Dhir International (KBSH group) for few years and later joined Jowai Politechnic, Government of Meghalaya as Head of Department of Costume Design and Garment Technology for 6 years and then joined NIFT Shillong in January, 2010.
