Manish Singh Dhakad is an Assistant Professor & Centre Coordinator at Department of Fashion Technology, NIFT Bhopal. Before joining NIFT Bhopal, he has worked in Fashion Management Studies (FMS) Department at NIFT Shillong. He has also worked as an Anthropologist in INDIAsize project, A National Sizing Survey initiated by the Ministry of textiles, Government of India. He is a NIFT Mumbai, B.F.Tech alumni and pursued his Masters in Social Entrepreneurship from School of Management & Labour Studies, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. He is currently pursuing his PhD from Department of Design at IIT, Guwahati. He has worked as an Industrial Engineer, Product Developer, Production & Operations Manager in Multiple Export Houses. He is an expert in Enterprise Resource Planning, Production Planning & Control, Apparel Production & Management, Product Development, Process Design and Entrepreneurship. Apart from academic interest & expertise, he is a multi-sportsperson.
