Mr.Pari Jayaraman is an Associate Professor and Centre Coordinator - BFT and specializes in Garment Manufacturing Technology. His areas of teaching interests are Textiles, Merchandising, Quality Control, Garment Construction in BFT department and Fashion Basics, Creative Thinking Skills in Foundation Programme. He is a NIFT-Chennai alumnus (PG Diploma in Garment Manufacturing Technology) and has done MBA (Textile Management) from Anna University, Coimbatore, M.F.Tech (Bridge Programme), from NIFT-Chennai and UG in B.Tech (Textile Technology) from Anna University, Chennai. He has a work experience of 6 years in the areas of Fabric Quality Assurance and Export Merchandising in the apparel industry in Chennai & Bangalore and has been working with NIFT since 2008. He has held various academic posts in NIFT like, Link CC-Foundation Programme, Student Development Activity Coordinator, Sports Club Faculty advisor.

He has submitted his PhD Thesis paper in Business Administration from Annamalai University, Chidambaram and has published 2 PhD research papers in the areas of customer satisfaction and customer behaviour related to fashion apparel products.
