Chitra S. is an Assistant Professor in the Fashion Communication department at NIFT Bhopal, from 2022 onwards. As an architect, academician, and interior designer with nearly 15 years of combined industry and teaching experience, she specializes in space design, visual merchandising, and geometry. She teaches core subjects like store design, exhibition design, user experience in retail, and dining décor. She previously managed high-end residential and commercial projects, as a senior architect and creative head. She holds an M.Arch. in sustainable architecture with distinction and a B.Arch. from NIT Calicut. She is also a registered member of the Council of Architecture.
