Dr. Nikita is an Assistant Professor in Fashion Management Studies, specializing in Retail Management, with over 14 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her teaching and research interests include Global Marketing, Fashion Business, Sustainable Brands, Quality Management, Professional Ethics, and Omnichannel Retail. She served as Student Development Activities Coordinator (2022–2025) and played a key role in organizing Converge. A University Topper and Gold Medallist in B.Tech. (Hons.), she was an Exchange Student for Fashion Photography at Nottingham Trent University, U.K. She has been awarded with a distinguished alumni award by P.U. She has completed a Faculty Development Programme on Entrepreneurship at IIM Ahmedabad. She holds a Ph.D. from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
