Ms. Poornima Kapoor is a Senior Lead Experience Designer at Airtel, currently leading design for the Airtel App, one of India's largest digital consumer platforms. With over 10 years of experience spanning telecom, B2B marketplaces, technology services, and design agencies, she has built a career at the intersection of user experience, business transformation, and innovation.

At Airtel, she has led design across B2C assisted channels, including Contact Center Experience and Field Workforce Management, as well as platform and enterprise B2B solutions. She has successfully led and mentored teams of designers while shaping experiences that serve customers and frontline teams at scale. Her contributions have been recognized through the Airtel Ace Innovation Award for driving impactful omnichannel design initiatives.

Prior to Airtel, she spent two years at IndiaMART leading product design for the B2B marketplace and building design systems adopted across multiple product lines. Her professional journey also includes contributions at NCERT and Cognizant, along with the creation of 'The Teacher App' for Bharti Foundation, a digital platform focused on teacher upskilling.

A Master's graduate from NIFT Kannur (2017–2019), Poornima believes design carries a responsibility beyond business outcomes. Through mentoring aspiring designers, conducting design skill programs for underprivileged girls in partnership with NGOs, and raising funds for humanitarian causes through her illustrated products, she continues to use design as a tool for empowerment, learning, and social impact
