Optimizing Merchandising Efficiency to Reduce Sampling Lead Time at Shahi Exports
This project aimed to enhance merchandising efficiency and reduce sampling lead time at Shahi Exports by identifying process inefficiencies. Key issues included lack of real-time sample tracking, sample mishandling, repeated revisions, limited SOP awareness, and inefficient workflows. These factors caused delays, rework, and reduced operational effectiveness. The study recommended implementing a centralized TNA tracking system with barcode/QR-based monitoring, adopting Lean 5S practices, and conducting regular training on SOPs, communication, and TNA management to improve visibility, coordination, and workflow efficiency.
