Mr. Vikas Kumar joined National Institute of Fashion Technology, Raebareli as an Assistant Professor in Fashion and Lifestyle Accessory (Accessory Design) department in October 2021. Mr. Kumar has more than 15 years of teaching experience

Mr. Vikas Kumar research interests skate the intersection between technology, Design, Ergonomics, manufacturing and production Engineering. His interests include different technical software like Solid Works, Additive Manufacturing, CAD/CAM, & Auto-CAD. Before joining NIFT, Mr. Vikas worked as Assistant Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering at Allenhouse Institute of Technology, Kanpur (U.P.) from August’ 2010 to October’ 2021. Mr. Vikas is pursuing Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. He has completed his Master of Technology in Production Engineering from the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad (U.P.) and Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the NOIDA Institute of Engineering and Technology, Greater NOIDA (G.B. Nagar). Mr. Vikas has also qualified GATE Exam in the year 2008.
