Mr. Avyukt P. Yadav is currently working as an Ad hoc faculty member in the Department of Fashion Interiors at NIFT Varanasi campus. He holds a degree in Architecture from Apeejay Institute of Technology, School of Architecture and Planning under Uttar Pradesh Technical University (presently AKTU) and a postgraduate degree in Industrial Design from the School of Planning and Architecture Delhi, and has worked as a user experience and user interface designer at Nimba Design Studio (presently Booster Design) before beginning his research journey at Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, in inclusive design and physical ergonomics.

He has published conference papers at reputed conferences, such as the International Conference on Research into Design and Humanizing Work and Work Environment. He is interested in physical ergonomics, cognitive ergonomics, behavioural economics, systems-approach to design, and sustainability. He is a member of the Council of Architecture and has previously been a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals. His interests extend to psychology, mental health, accessibility, and inclusive communities. He has a growing interest in nature, with a particular curiosity about mycology, entomology, and ornithology.
