Dr. Sulagna Saha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Bhubaneswar, specializing in product development, pattern making, and merchandising. She holds a Ph.D. in Sustainability Studies from XIM University and a Master's in Fashion Technology from NIFT.

Her research centers on sustainable fashion, with a focus on the circular economy, recycled materials, and sustainable product development in the Indian textile sector. Her doctoral thesis (2024) proposed a framework for circular models in product design and development, and she has published several articles on these topics in academic journals and conferences.

Beyond academics, Dr. Saha enjoys painting, reading, and traveling to explore new places and cultures.
