Dr Itikyala Chakrapani is an Associate Professor of Fashion Management Studies who specialises in Entrepreneurship and Quantitative domains like Statistics, Business analytics, and Data Science. With around 29 years of combined industry, consultancy, and academic experience, he brings practical expertise to teaching the subjects in the Management, Design and Technology Programmes at both UG and PG levels.

He joined NIFT, Hyderabad, in 2005. He received his PhD in Management from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

He also has an interest in Yoga & Meditation techniques. He is hence acting as Nodal Officer for General Elective (Optional) – Yoga & Meditation techniques and, with the qualification of a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, has been teaching Yoga & Meditation techniques (GE-Optional) for the last 3 years.
