Ms. Tejeswinee K is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Communication at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Kannur. Her areas of expertise include AI in fashion, web design, UIUX, and design innovation and methodology. She brings over a decade of academic, research, and professional experience across computer science, technology, and design education. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University.

Her research interests lie at the intersection of technology, design, artificial intelligence, and fashion communication. She explores emerging AI tools and methodologies for creative practice, design education, and user-centred digital experiences. Her academic work focuses on integrating computational thinking and emerging technologies into design processes, while encouraging interdisciplinary approaches to problem-solving and innovation. She actively engages in curriculum development, academic projects, and collaborative initiatives that connect technology with creative disciplines.

Beyond teaching and research, she takes an active interest in design outreach, student mentoring, and experiential learning.
