200 words detailed write-up including current position, career arc and major milestones.

Born in a village in Nalanda, Bihar, and raised in an agricultural family, my journey has taken me across Patna, Kota, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Delhi, exposing me to diverse cultures, industries, and opportunities. I graduated from NIFT Bengaluru with a degree in Apparel Production and began my career at Myntra, where I spent four years across merchandising, buying, and business planning roles, managing multiple brands and product categories.

I later joined Arvind Brands, handling the kidswear business, before pursuing the Post Graduate Programme in Management at ISB Hyderabad with majors in Marketing and Strategy. Following ISB, I joined Appario Retail, one of Amazon’s largest sellers, as a Program Manager. There, I conceptualized, launched, and scaled a paid Account Management program across the organization, driving significant growth and adoption over three years.

Subsequently, I worked with another Amazon seller managing businesses across categories such as Home Décor, Lawn & Garden, and Home Appliances. After nearly a decade of experience spanning fashion, electronics, and home décor, I founded IndionArt. What started as a passion for thoughtful product creation has evolved into a handcrafted home décor brand with 50+ designs and hundreds of SKUs, combining craftsmanship, design thinking, technology, and customer-centric innovation to create meaningful products inspired by nature and everyday living.
