1. Dr. Vishaka Agarwal is working with the Fashion Design Department at NIFT Bhopal. Currently holding the additional responsibility of Deputy Vigilance Officer, Bhopal, with an overall experience of over 23 years in Industry and Academia.

The areas of specialisation include Design, Product Development, Sustainable Design, Visual Merchandising, and Intellectual Property Rights.

Dr. Rajdeep Singh Khanuja is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Management Studies at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Bhopal since 2014. He is a University Topper and an MBA Gold Medalist. His areas of expertise include Fashion Business Research, Fashion Marketing, Strategic Management, Costing, Financial Management, Entrepreneurship Management and Consumer Behaviour. He has extensive experience in teaching, research, academic mentoring, and industry-oriented projects in fashion management.

Dr. Hema Dubey is an Assistant Professor in the Fashion & Lifestyle Accessories (F&LA) Department at NIFT Bhopal, with a strong interdisciplinary background in Computer Science and Engineering. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from MANIT Bhopal and a B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from UIT, RGPV Bhopal. She currently serves as the In-Charge Officer for Social Media and also holds several key institutional responsibilities, including In-Charge IT, Webmaster, Resource Centre (RC) In-Charge, Unit In-Charge ERP (UI ERP), and COE.

Ms. Chetna Patiyal is an assistant professor in Fashion Management Studies Department specializes in Entrepreneurship and Design Thinking. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Currently she is holding the position of Campus Co-Ordinator of Foundation Department. She joined NIFT in the year 2021. 

Manish Singh Dhakad is an Assistant Professor & Centre Coordinator at Department of Fashion Technology, NIFT Bhopal. Before joining NIFT Bhopal, he has worked in Fashion Management Studies (FMS) Department at NIFT Shillong. He has also worked as an Anthropologist in INDIAsize project, A National Sizing Survey initiated by the Ministry of textiles, Government of India. He is a NIFT Mumbai, B.F.Tech alumni and pursued his Masters in Social Entrepreneurship from School of Management & Labour Studies, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.

Dr. Anjali Gupta is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Fashion Technology. She joined NIFT in January,2023. She has completed her PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT, Bhopal. She has also been awarded with M.Tech and Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science. She has 09 years of teaching and research experience. She has also qualified GATE and UGC-NET exam in the subject ‘Computer Science and Applications’. She has publications in SCI indexed, conferences and book chapters. She is also reviewer of many reputed journals/conferences.

Mr Rahul Sharma is an Assistant Professor of Fine Art/Visual Art in the Department of Fashion Communication, with experience as an academician and practising artist since 2013. He specialises in drawing, painting, visual arts, design, and visual communication. He completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Fine Arts in Painting from the College of Art, University of Delhi, and a second master’s degree, Master of Arts in Visual Arts, from Ambedkar University Delhi. He also qualified for the UGC NET in Visual Art–Drawing and Painting. PhD (Pursuing-Visual Art/Fine Art).

Dr. Jayadeep R S is Associate Professor of Knitwear Design Department and specialises in Art, Craft and Design research. He teaches undergraduate courses. He joined National Institute of Fashion Technology in the year 2001 as Assistant Professor. He previously served Different academic and administrative posts  in NIFT Chennai and NIFT Kannur as coordinator of foundation Programme, Knitwear design department, Campus Academic  coordinator to Director in charge from 2001 to 2024.

She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Knitwear Design Department of NIFT Bhopal. The faculty member completed her PhD in the field of technical textiles with the thesis title “ Characterization & Modification Of Thermal Layer Of Fire Retardant Suits”. Her M.Tech was completed in 2015 from the Fiber Science Department of IIT Delhi. She completed her B.Tech in Man-Made Fiber Technology from UPTTI Kanpur in 2012.

Dr. Arnab Sen is an Associate Professor and Campus Coordinator, Textile Design, NIFT Bhopal. He joined the institute in 2008, and teaches subjects related to Textile Technology, Quality Assurance, Weaving and Technical Textiles in undergraduate and postgraduate courses. He previously served the textile industry and worked with textile majors like Arvind Ltd., Nahar Group and Aditya Birla Group in the field of textile dyeing and quality assurance.
