Dr. Latika Bhatt is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Textile Design at NIFT Bhopal, bringing over 13 years of experience across research, industry, and academics. She holds a PhD in Textile Chemistry, is NET qualified, and earned a gold medal during her academic studies. Her primary expertise spans sustainability in the textile sector, textile finishes, wellness textiles, nanotechnology, sustainable design,  craft documentation and craft based design projects.

Palash Roy is an Assistant Professor in the Textile Design Department at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Bhopal. He specializes in textile and surface design, weave design, design fundamentals, thematic design processes, computer embroidery, and portfolio development. He brings a multidisciplinary perspective to design education, informed by academic training in textile design and professional experience in both India and the United Kingdom.

"Dr. Sudeep Kumar Jain is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Technology at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Bhopal, India. He specializes in advanced manufacturing, metal additive manufacturing, Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM), welding technologies, materials characterization, and process optimization. He holds a PhD in Metal Additive Manufacturing from Delhi Technological University, New Delhi, and brings interdisciplinary academic and research experience in manufacturing and materials engineering.

Dr Anupam Saxena is an Associate Professor of Textile Design and specializes in Craft research and Visual studies. She teaches undergraduate courses and leads research in ethnography and traditional crafts of India. She joined the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Bhopal in 2009. She previously served as Faculty of Fine Arts at various reputed institutions from 1998 to 2009. She qualified for UGC/NET-JRF. She received her PhD from Barkatullah University, Bhopal in the year 1999.

"Chetna Lodhi is an Assistant Professor in the Textile Design Department at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Bhopal. She has more than 5 years of experience . She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design from National Institute of Fashion Technology, Bhopal and a Master’s degree in Textile Marketing and Management from SVPISTM, Coimbatore. She has three years of teaching experience and two years of industry experience as a Textile Designer at GK Textiles, Tirupur.

Dr. Kumari Nayan Tara Singh is an Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Bhopal, where she teaches undergraduate courses like Pattern Making, Draping, Fashion Basics, Fashion society and culture, Material Studies, Fashion and Trend forecasting and Craft Based Product Development. An academician, researcher, and design professional, she specializes in sustainable fashion, textile innovation, craft-based practices, and environmentally responsible design.

Dr. Soumik Halder, Associate Professor, Fashion and Lifestyle Accessories Department specializes in design. He teaches forms, design, strategic social system design, ergonomics, prototyping, etc. He joined National Institute of Fashion Technology in 2009. He previously served in industry from 2002 to 2009 (approx. six years).

Dr. Neha Verma is an Assistant Professor of the Fashion Design Department and specializes in the visual culture and digital creative practices. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses focusing on art and aesthetics, design history, and visual culture. She joined the institute in 2022.

"Ms. Namrata Singh is an Assistant Professor and Campus Coordinator in the Department of Fashion Communication at NIFT Bhopal. She specializes in User Experience (UX) Design and has an interdisciplinary background spanning UX Design, Branding, Publication Design, Semiotics, and Accessory Design. With experience in both academia and the design industry, she brings diverse academic and industry perspectives to design education.

Birendra Baliar Singh is an Assistant Professor of Fashion Communication (FC) Department and specializes in Audio Visual Communication and Public Relations & Advertising. He has overall 20 years of professional experience including 10 years of academic experience. He teaches the undergraduate and postgraduate courses and leads in Photography and Filmmaking, Communication, Advertising and Product & Fashion Styling. He has worked as Translator cum News Reader in All India Radio-AIR, New Delhi. He has been awarded for his short Documentaries on (UNICEF) theme.
