Lysandra Brynelle Sequeira, recipient of the 2024 NIFT Best Academic Performance Award from the Department of Fashion Communication, NIFT Shillong, is a graphic designer with over two years of professional experience in branding, packaging, and visual communication. A graduate of the Bachelor of Design (Fashion Communication) programme 2024, she has consistently demonstrated excellence in both academics and design practice.

Currently working as a Graphic Designer at Burma Burma, Mumbai, Lysandra develops packaging design, campaign creatives, and print collateral across restaurant and retail verticals. Her work focuses on creating cohesive visual identities rooted in cultural storytelling and brand experience.

Previously, she worked as a Visual Designer at Brucira, Mumbai, where she contributed to branding and digital design projects for leading clients across fintech, e-commerce, and consumer technology sectors. Her notable projects include visual systems for Pine Labs’ Global Fintech Fest and IPO launch, showcased at the Bombay Stock Exchange, as well as campaign design for brands such as BigBasket and Mivi.

She also worked as a Design Associate at The Minimalist, creating brand communication assets for organizations including DBS Bank, Tata Capital, Epsilon, and GIIS UAE. In addition, Lysandra founded “haveyouanyclay,” a creative entrepreneurial venture focused on handcrafted clay products.
