Lysandra Brynelle Sequeira, recipient of the 2024 NIFT Best Academic Performance Award from the Department of Fashion Communication, NIFT Shillong, is a graphic designer with over two years of professional experience in branding, packaging, and visual communication. A graduate of the Bachelor of Design (Fashion Communication) programme 2024, she has consistently demonstrated excellence in both academics and design practice.

Animesh Tiwari is a distinguished alumnus from the Fashion Communication Department of NIFT Shillong, recognized for both academic excellence and leadership. He was awarded the NIFT Meritorious Award 2024 (Rank 1) and the NIFT Extraordinary Service Award 2024 in recognition of his outstanding academic performance and significant contributions to the institute community.

A graduate of the Bachelor of Design (Fashion Communication) program, Batch of 2024, Anamm Inamdar is currently working as a Fashion Writer at ELLE India Magazine. Since joining the publication, she has authored numerous articles across digital and print platforms, covering fashion, art, culture, and contemporary design narratives.

Hi, My name is Master Sagar AKA Sagar Shreedh as my professional name, i am from NIFT batch 2011-2015 and i am a best design collection awardee in 2015, My journey in the world of fashion and costume design began at NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology), where I developed a strong foundation in fashion, textiles, garment construction, design aesthetics, and visual storytelling. As a student, I was passionate about exploring creativity while understanding the technical aspects of design.

I, Lawanda Muttyent, an alumni of NIFT Shillong, Department of Fashion Design am now pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Sustainable Fashion- Design Major at International Fashion Academy, Paris (IFA).

After graduating from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Shillong, from the Fashion Design Department (Batch 2021–2025), I embarked on a professional journey focused on fashion education, leadership, and industry development. Currently, I serve as the Head of the Fashion Design Department at Dunes College, Kutch, operating in association with JD Institute of Fashion Technology. In this role, I am responsible for curriculum planning, academic management, student mentoring, and the overall development of the department.

From walking into NIFT Shillong as a curious Fashion Management student to navigating international markets as an International Sales & Marketing Manager at Trident Group, the journey has been nothing short of exciting.
