Ms. Srishti Tanwani is the Co-Founder & CEO of Indo Era, a leading Indian ethnic-wear fashion brand that has scaled to over ₹500 crore in revenue without external funding. She holds a Bachelor’s in Information Technology and a Master’s in Fashion Management from NIFT Bhubaneswar, and her early experience in e-commerce shaped her consumer-centric approach to retail.The seed for Indo Era was sown much earlier than 2018 - in childhood, watching her mother run her boutique and seeing how fashion could be personal and empowering.

My journey has taken me from fashion classrooms to digital marketing, client servicing, chatbot conceptualizing, brand solutions, production, and anchoring - driven largely by curiosity and the belief that growth often lies beyond familiar territory. Today, as Senior Manager, Brand Solutions at Zee Media Corporation Ltd., I create branded IPs and integrated media experiences while also serving as a producer, showrunner, and anchor. What drives me is the challenge of connecting ideas with execution, brands with audiences, and ambition with outcomes.

A Fashion Management graduate from NIFT Mumbai, Saranda has over 15 years of experience spanning retail, merchandising, e-commerce, and omnichannel business leadership. Her career includes key roles with brands such as Vero Moda, Jack & Jones, ONLY, Westside, and Shoppers Stop. Currently leading Ecommerce and Omnichannel at Shoppers Stop Ltd., she has successfully scaled digital businesses, launched omnichannel initiatives across 250+ stores, and driven transformative growth through technology, performance marketing, and customer-centric retail strategies.
