Mr. Ketan Dhillon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Management Studies at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Panchkula. With a multidisciplinary background in engineering and fashion management, he combines academic insight with industry experience in fashion retail and management education. He teaches courses in strategic management, consumer behaviour, fashion merchandising, visual merchandising, supply and value chain management, entrepreneurship, and innovation management.

Dr. Akhtarul Islam Amjad is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Technology at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Panchkula. He also serves as the Centre Coordinator (Foundation Programme) and Faculty Advisor for the Adventure Club. With over 11 years of combined industrial, research, and academic experience, he specializes in textile engineering, garment technology, sustainable manufacturing, and fashion technology. He received his Ph.D. in Textile Engineering, M.Tech.

Mr. Vinod Bhatia is an Assistant Professor with Department of Design Space. He teaches undergraduate and post graduate courses in the areas of Visual and Design Cultures, Design Paradigms, Design Innovation and Design Fundamentals. With more than 17 years of experience as a Design Educator, his research interest includes working in the area of Co-creating with artisans in the Crafts sector and researching Design History. At present he is involved in a sponsored project on developing a training module for the Phulkari embroidery artisans.

Dr. Anita was awarded doctoral degree from Punjabi University, Patiala in 2018 and cleared NET in same year. Her PhD thesis titled ‘Biopics in Hindi Cinema’. She did Film Appreciation Course from FTII, Pune in 2015. She has been an academician for more than seven years. Currently, she is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Fashion Communication, National Institute of Fashion Technology, Panchkula.

Dr. Anunita Rangra is a Professor of Textile Design and specialises in Fine Arts and Fashion illustration. She teaches undergraduate courses like Visualisation and Representation, Fashion illustration , Material Exploration and Surface Design I &II. She joined NIFT in 2009. She previously served as Lecturer in Department of Fine Arts from 1997 to 2003. She received her PhD in Fine Arts from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra in 2003.

Dr. Nikita is an Assistant Professor in Fashion Management Studies, specializing in Retail Management, with over 14 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her teaching and research interests include Global Marketing, Fashion Business, Sustainable Brands, Quality Management, Professional Ethics, and Omnichannel Retail. She served as Student Development Activities Coordinator (2022–2025) and played a key role in organizing Converge. A University Topper and Gold Medallist in B.Tech.
