Mr. Ashwini Kumar is an assistant professor in the Department of Fashion Communication at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Patna. A UGC-NET-qualified academician, he possesses over a decade of professional experience spanning higher education, creative industries, and interdisciplinary research. His areas of specialization include advanced fashion illustration, branding and promotion, motion graphics, 2D-3D animation, publication design, films, and communication research.

Dr. Rishikesh Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Management Studies at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Patna. He specializes in fashion management, marketing, consumer behaviour, retail management, and business analytics. With over 15 years of experience spanning higher education and industry, he teaches postgraduate courses and actively contributes to curriculum development, academic administration, student mentoring, and industry engagement.

Mr. Avinash Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Patna. He brings over 16 years of academic and industry professional experience with expertise in fashion design process, digital design communication, digital fashion illustration, digital fashion, CLO 3D, fashion forecasting, fashion retail, e-commerce, consumer behavior, and sustainable fashion.

Mr Jasheer Shihab T V is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Communication at NIFT Patna. He specialises in Computer Science and Engineering and is currently pursuing a PhD in Reinforcement Learning at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Calicut. He joined NIFT in 2022, driven by his passion for teaching and technology. He received his M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialisation in Information Security and his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering.

Mr. Lokesh Kumar (Joined in 2022) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Textile Design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Patna, and currently serves as the Link Campus Coordinator for the Textile Design Department as well as Resource Centre (RC) Incharge. An award-winning alumnus of NIFT Gandhinagar, he has over 16 years of professional and academic experience spanning the fashion industry, higher education, and craft research.

Dharmendra Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Patna, and currently serves as the Campus Coordinator for the Fashion Design Department. An award-winning alumnus of NIFT New Delhi, he has more than 16 years of professional and academic experience in the fashion industry, higher education, and craft research. He has worked with renowned Indian fashion designer Manish Arora and specializes in apparel design, couture, bespoke, pattern making, and garment construction.

Dr. Vikas Kumar is an Associate Professor and the Campus Academic Coordinator (CAC) at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Patna. He possesses extensive professional and academic experience within the Department of Fashion Management Studies (FMS). His primary domain expertise spans apparel merchandising, consumer behavior, marketing management, and visual merchandising. Through his leadership roles, he guides institutional academic administration and shapes curriculum implementation to enhance design management education in the region.

Dr. Vinayak Yashraj is an Associate Professor with Department of F&LA. He joined NIFT in 2010 at NIFT Patna and has held the position of Campus Academic Coordinator. Previous to this he has actively contributed in the profile of Coordinator International & Domestic Linkages and Campus Coordinator, Department of F&LA. He has taken multiple subjects including Visual Merchandising, Fashion Forecasting, Design Process, History of Design and Fashion and guided/taught students with Range Design Project, Design Detailing Project to name a few.

Ms. Archana Shephali Kongari is a professor of Management, specialising in Marketing. She teaches undergraduate and post graduate courses and has a keen interest in exploring the dynamic landscape of her subject. She joined the university in 2020. She previously served as DGM Marketing for 11 years at a state of Jharkhand government undertaking and had contributed a lot in the Handloom and Handicrafts sector.
