Dr. Vibhavari Kumar is currently Director (I/C) NIFT Bhubaneshwar, Professor and Chairperson Department of Fashion Interiors. She has a teaching experience of more than three decades. 1992-2003 worked as Junior Architect and taught in Architecture College. 2003 onwards have been with NIFT and have served the Institute in various capacity- twice as Chairperson- Fashion Communication, once as Chairperson- Foundation Programme.She is also currently an advisor in the Board of Studies to IFT, MSU, Baroda.

Mr Joseph regy is an Associate Professor in the Department of fashion technology in Bengaluru center and is presently the Campus coordinator of the department. He teaches subjects like costing apparel merchandising, lean management, retail management, financial management etc. both in the UG and PG courses and was a co coordinator for continuing education program. Earlier also was a campus coordinator incharge for UG and PG dept. His research interests include HR practices, entrepreneurship, job crafting, service quality in SME sector.
